The basics; (NOT FINISHED YET)
- Two large mixing bowls
- One small bowl into which you can crack the eggs
- Wooden spoon
- Weighing scales
- Measuring jug
- Measuring spoons
- Trivet
- Wire coathanger (if you don't already have a Trivet)
- Large Saucepan and lid
- Pudding Basin/Bowl
- Aluminium foil
- Silicone paper (otherwise known as baking paper) you can use greaseproof paper.
- String (small parcel type, not that huge hairy-type string!)
- Knife for reducing oversized fruit
- Cutting/chopping board
- Plastic/stretch Film/wrap
- Cheese grater for the Pear
- Flour sifter
- Printed Instruction page
- Vitamiser for breadcrumb making
Optional extras;
- Pudding Cloth (normally Calico) used after the first steaming, and placed last after the silicone paper and Aluminium foil, it looks nicer on Christmas day when your guests lift the lid to peer in on your Pudding!
- Nutmeg grater, for the Nutmeg and the Cinnamon
