This 2 litre Christmas pudding steamer can be used for the Christmas pudding recipe on this website, but of course you are welcome to use your own recipe (hopefully a family recipe handed down over the years).
You can use this for any type of pudding you wish, puddings that are quite often sticky are great to use in this nonstick bowl, steak and kidney puddings also work very well in this Plum Pudding bowl.
A handy tip which you will not find on any other website, cut a disc of greaseproof paper slightly larger than the lid, and place that disc on top of the pudding bowl, then close the lid on top of the disc. You may not find this necessary, but it will give you peace of mind if you are worried about any steam getting inside the pudding bowl.
The main features of this pudding steamer are;
